ABOUT US

ASD Interiors Inc. is a full-service design firm based in Burbank, CA. Established in 2004 by Shirry Dolgin, a well-known authority in the industry as well as a popular TV personality, ASD  specializes in medium to large-scale residential and commercial projects, including renovation, construction and development. The firm offers end-to-end design services, from interior design to project coordination and construction administration.

Shirry and her team work alongside their clients through every phase of a project, from initial concept to final installation, with an approach that focuses on reflecting their clients’ individual needs and vision. The winner of the Best of Houzz for Design and Service Award for nine consecutive years, ASD is devoted to providing the highest level of design and service available through its close collaboration with clients and its association with an outstanding array of builders, contractors and suppliers.

SHIRRY DOLGIN   Owner/Interior Designer  Shirry Dolgin was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and was exposed to a world of traveling and design from a very early age. She gained a strong work ethic from her dad who owned a General Construction company as well as her foundation and background in the performing arts.  Shirry has built a reputation as being one of the most knowledgeable Renovation Interior Designers to work with. Her style and design approach, product knowledge, and construction experience is the foundation of her success and she prides herself on giving each client an aesthetic that is unique to their project. Her clientele includes business owners, entertainment professionals, world class athletes, attorneys, and real estate developers. Shirry began her career after graduating Cum Laude from the highly prestigious “Fashion Institute for Design & Merchandising” in downtown Los Angeles. She worked with several design firms before opening a studio of her own in 2004.  Shirry’s main goal in every project is to clearly define an overall style, structure a plan to execute the project, and to oversee the project with her team to make it as smooth as possible. She always builds trust with the clients at an early stage so that the project can keep the momentum and deliver spectacular results.  In addition to her many residential and commercial projects, she has had the privilege of working on a variety of different television outlets. Her TV credits include a design and remodel segment on the KTLA morning show, an appearance on HGTV’s “Selling LA”, as well as a feature of her live/work office on “You Live In What?” for HGTV. She has done several episodes of “House Hunters Renovation”, and was a two-time winner on HGTV’s design competition show “Design Wars”. Her work has been featured in publications such as Trad Home and Apartment Therapy and she has had the privilege of giving back to the community by taking part in the charity design project “Good Shepherd Charity Design Project”. Her work has been published in “The Kitchen Bible” and has received the Best of HOUZZ in service and design for the last 9 years.

Kate Killgore   Interior Designer  Kate started her design career with ASD Interiors, INC. after completing her internship with the company while getting her B.A. in Interior Design at FIDM. She quickly showed her strengths in mid-century modern residential design, her natural eye for landscape design, and an ease with building customer relationships. Her previous career in entertainment gives her a strong sense of understanding clients’ needs and interpreting what works for their project. She is a key member of the design team and approaches each project with an open mind and optimistic viewpoint.

Kate started her design career with ASD Interiors, INC. after completing her internship with the company while getting her B.A. in Interior Design at FIDM. Madison Rademacher   Interior Designer  Madison comes to us with a background in theatrical set design by way of California Institute of the Arts. She has an affinity for construction drawings and Sketchup renderings that makes her a valuable asset in the design development phase. Her previous experience in both theme park production and high-end residential remodels gives her a unique perspective and ability to manage projects of any scale.

Madison comes to us with a background in theatrical set design by way of California Institute of the Arts. She has an affinity for construction drawings and Sketchup renderings that makes her a valuable asset in the design development phase. Her previous experience in both theme park production and high-end residential remodels gives her a unique perspective and ability to manage projects of any scale.

Diana Borrego   Design Assitant  Diana joined the ASD team as a Design Assistant in June of 2017. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Environmental Design. Prior to joining the ASD team she held an internship in the Culver City planning department where she gained a multi-disciplinary approach to design. She holds a LEED Green Associates credential, helping her to create environmentally friendly design strategies.

Design Assitant

Diana joined the ASD team as a Design Assistant in June of 2017. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Environmental Design. Prior to joining the ASD team she held an internship in the Culver City planning department where she gained a multi-disciplinary approach to design. She holds a LEED Green Associates credential, helping her to create environmentally friendly design strategies.
